Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated 6 October 2026

Plan payments

Subscription payments are not refunded, including the unused part of a month or a term, except payments taken in error: if you were charged twice for the same bill, or charged by mistake, contact us and we will refund the extra payment by hand.

Changing plans

An upgrade is charged for the days left in your current term and takes effect once that charge is paid. A move to a lower plan, including to the free Solo Starter, takes effect at once, and the unused part of your current term becomes credit, which is used for your future bills and upgrades. That credit is never refunded or paid out as money.

Stopping a plan

There is no option to cancel at the end of a term. To stop paying, move to Solo Starter: for a clinic or practice, on its Billing page (a clinic's other team members must leave first); for Solo Growth, with Cancel Solo Growth on the Your plan page of your account. It takes effect at once, the rest of your term becomes credit, and automatic monthly charges stop. You can also cancel an automatic payment mandate through your bank or Cashfree. Solo Growth cannot be cancelled in the Android app; use the website.

Deleting your account ends your Solo Growth plan at once: its open bills and automatic payments are cancelled, and its unused term and credit are not refunded.

If a renewal is not paid, there is a 14-day grace period, and then the paid plan ends. Your records are not deleted when a plan ends.

Payments to your clinic

When you pay a clinic through Bliss, the payment is made through Cashfree to Bliss's Cashfree account and then passed on to the clinic. Any refund of that payment is decided by that clinic, not by Bliss, and Bliss processes it at the clinic's request. Please contact the clinic.

Cancellation and no-show fees

Each clinic decides whether its clients can cancel sessions online, how much notice they must give, and whether it charges a fee for a late cancellation or a missed session. Bliss never charges these fees automatically. If you cancel late online, Bliss shows you any fee before you confirm. The clinic then decides whether to charge the fee, as an ordinary invoice, or waive it. Bliss only processes the fee for the clinic; questions about a fee, or a refund of one, go to the clinic.
