By accessing or using Bliss, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Bliss on behalf of a clinic or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

Service Description

Bliss provides a cloud-based clinic management platform for therapy practices, including scheduling, staff management, patient records, and related features as described on our website.

Accounts & Subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscription fees are billed through our payment gateway, monthly or for a 3, 6 or 12 month term paid upfront. Solo Starter is free. Unused amounts from a downgrade become credit for a future bill and are not refunded. See our Pricing page for current rates.

Data Ownership

You own your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload or create on the platform. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Bliss for any unlawful purpose, to store data you do not have the right to store, or to attempt to access other clinics' data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Bliss is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to the account owner. Continued use of Bliss after changes constitutes acceptance.
