Download your account

1. 1Open Account and find Your data.
2. 2Choose Prepare my download.
3. 3Bliss emails you a link when it is ready. It works for 7 days.

It holds your account and the records clinics share with you. It never holds session notes, diagnoses or treatment plans.

Export all of a clinic's data

1. 1In settings, open Clinic data. Only owners can export.
2. 2Choose Export all clinic data.
3. 3You get a zip with one file per kind of record and every uploaded document. The link is emailed to you and works for 7 days.

Delete your account

1. 1Download your data first if you want a copy.
2. 2Under Delete account, type DELETE in Type DELETE to confirm and your password.
3. 3Choose Delete my account.

• This deletes your login and profile. Clinics keep their own records of your sessions and invoices.
• While you still work in a clinic (any role other than client), Bliss refuses and names the clinics. Owners hand over ownership or ask support to close the clinic; staff ask the clinic to remove them.
