Download a client's clinical record

Make a PDF of a client's diagnoses, plans, questionnaire scores and finalized notes, for all time or a period.

  1. Open the client and choose Record PDF at the top.
  2. Set From and To if you want only a period.
  3. Choose Make PDF. Bliss makes it in the background; a download link appears beside the button when it is ready.
  • It holds diagnoses, treatment plans with goals, questionnaire scores and finalized notes from one-to-one sessions, with their addenda. Drafts and group-session notes are left out.
  • The PDF is kept for a day. Bliss records who made it and when, and the dialog says who made one last.
  • The client's therapist and people who can read all clinical notes can make one.
  • A PDF holds up to 100 finalized notes. For more, choose a shorter period.
  • Keep it as safely as the record itself.
