Seats and paused members

Seats

• Therapists take therapist seats. Admins and receptionists take staff seats; some staff seats come free.
• The Seats card on the Team page shows who holds each seat and how many are free.
• The free plan has one therapist seat. A Clinic plan is priced per therapist and starts at two therapist seats.
• Someone you invite past your seats can still accept. They wait, shown as "Waiting for a seat", until a seat is free, and are let in on their own when one is.

Paused members

If a workspace goes back to the free plan (when a trial or early access ends), people past its seats are paused. The free therapist seat stays with the owner if they see clients, else with the therapist who has been there longest.

• A paused member is still on the team, and nothing of theirs is deleted.
• A paused therapist cannot be booked. Their sessions already booked are not cancelled: owners and admins see them in Sessions booked with paused therapists on the Team page, and decide.
• Paused staff can look but not change anything.
• Choosing a plan or adding seats un-pauses people in the order they joined, and each is emailed.
