The monthly report email
On the 1st of each month, every owner with an email gets last month's reports as PDFs.
- In settings, open Monthly reports. Only owners can change it.
- Turn on the reports to send: Analytics (sessions, no-shows, therapists and clients) and Billing (revenue, payments, outstanding and ageing).
- It goes on the 1st, around 8 am India time, to every owner with an email.
- Saved custom reports you added to it come as CSVs.
- The page says when it was last sent.
- The Payouts and earnings report covers online payments, which are not live yet (early access).
